These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the win1 platform, including all games, promotions, financial transactions, and support services. By registering with win1, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the Player", "you", or "User") and win1 (hereinafter "win1", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://win1.click (hereinafter "the Website").

The Platform is operated under an international online gaming licence from a recognised offshore jurisdiction. win1 is not regulated by any Malaysian government authority — online gambling regulation does not currently exist in Malaysia — and Malaysian players are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gaming participation under their applicable local laws.
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players accessing the Website from any location, including but not limited to Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and all other areas of Malaysia and internationally. Access to and use of this Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is entirely at the User's own risk and responsibility.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

3.1 Access to and use of the win1 Platform constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
3.2 These Terms shall be deemed accepted at the earliest of the following events: (a) completion of the account registration process; (b) making a deposit to the Platform; (c) placing any wager; or (d) clicking any acceptance checkbox presented during registration.
3.3 win1 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where changes are material, win1 will provide reasonable notice via email or on-site notification where practicable.
3.4 If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of any third party, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that party to these Terms. Personal account use must not be facilitated on behalf of third parties.
4.1 Minimum Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or participate in any real-money gaming activity on the win1 Platform. This minimum age requirement is strictly enforced. win1 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time, including at the point of withdrawal.
4.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered Account on the win1 Platform. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances, including any winnings derived during the period of multi-account operation.
4.3 Ineligible Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register an Account:
4.4 Jurisdiction Responsibility. win1 does not warrant that the services offered on the Platform are lawful in any particular jurisdiction. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether access to and use of win1 is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering.
5.1 To use the win1 Platform, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
5.2 win1 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any information provided during registration or at any subsequent point. Verification may include but is not limited to documentary proof of identity (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement not older than three months), and proof of payment method ownership.
5.3 Account registration does not confer any right to receive bonuses or promotions. Eligibility for promotions is determined at win1's sole discretion and subject to individual promotion terms.
5.4 win1 reserves the right to decline registration or suspend an Account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons, where it suspects fraud, misuse, or breach of these Terms.
6.1 You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. win1 will never ask you for your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone.
6.2 You must notify win1 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or if your login credentials have been compromised. win1 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate security over your Account credentials.
6.3 win1 implements industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption across the entire Platform and follows security best practices for data storage and access controls. Notwithstanding this, no online system can be guaranteed to be free from all potential security vulnerabilities.
6.4 You are prohibited from sharing your Account with any third party. All activity conducted via your Account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your sole responsibility unless you have promptly reported a security compromise as described in clause 6.2 above.
win1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange) via participating Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank, and supported cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether USDT (TRC20 network). The list of available payment methods may change from time to time at win1's discretion.
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 (Malaysian Ringgit thirty). Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Verified (KYC-completed) accounts enjoy higher limits. Specific limits are displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your Account dashboard.
Deposits via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically processed instantly. Deposits via FPX bank transfer are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes, subject to your bank's processing times. Cryptocurrency deposits are processed following the required number of blockchain confirmations, typically between 15 and 60 minutes.
Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the Platform. win1 does not guarantee processing times for withdrawals, as these may be affected by the payment provider's own processing schedules and the Player's bank.
win1 reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Players who have not completed KYC may experience delays or restrictions on withdrawals. win1 may also request re-verification at any time as required by our compliance obligations.
The win1 Platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) as the primary account currency. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. win1 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and withdrawal for cryptocurrency transactions.
Consistent with our international licensing obligations, win1 operates anti-money laundering (AML) controls and may request source-of-funds documentation for deposits above specified thresholds. Deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in account suspension and return of funds where practically possible.
8.1 All bonuses, promotions, and special offers made available by win1 are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they may be converted to real money balance eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified in each promotion's terms.
8.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. win1 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, and to exclude any Player from bonus eligibility at its sole discretion, particularly where abuse patterns are detected.
8.4 Bonus Abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, as well as potential permanent account suspension:
8.5 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses have an expiry period after which unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. The expiry period for each bonus is stated in its specific promotion terms.
9.1 The rules governing each game available on the win1 Platform are displayed within the game interface or in the Platform's game help documentation. It is the Player's responsibility to understand the rules of each game before placing wagers.
9.2 All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology for software-based games, or by the physical outcomes of live dealer game sessions for live casino products. Game results are final and binding.
9.3 win1 reserves the right to void any bet or game session where a technical malfunction, software error, or network interruption has materially affected the integrity or outcome of the game. In such cases, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account.
9.4 For sports betting products, winnings are calculated according to the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. win1 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds, and to cancel or suspend betting markets for any reason at its sole discretion, including but not limited to suspicious betting activity, event postponement, or information discrepancies.
9.5 In the event of a dispute regarding any game outcome or transaction, the win1 server logs constitute the definitive record and shall be binding upon the Player. win1's decision in respect of any gameplay dispute is final, subject to the complaints procedure outlined in our Responsible Gambling Policy.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the win1 Platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

12.1 All content on the win1 Platform, including but not limited to the win1 brand name and logo, website design, software code, text, graphics, game interfaces, and marketing materials, is the intellectual property of win1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without win1's prior written consent.
12.3 Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to win1 regarding the Platform may be used by win1 without restriction or compensation to you.
13.1 The win1 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. win1 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.
13.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, win1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
13.3 win1's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from any claim related to use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
13.4 win1 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from Force Majeure events beyond its reasonable control.
13.5 Nothing in these Terms limits win1's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
14.1 win1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible on the win1 website at https://win1.click/terms-conditions.
14.2 Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect Player rights, financial conditions, or gameplay rules — win1 will endeavour to notify registered Players by email and/or on-site notification at least seven (7) days before the amendments take effect, where practically possible.
14.3 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your full acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you must stop using the Platform and request closure of your Account.
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which win1's gaming licence is issued. Malaysian law shall not apply to the interpretation or enforcement of these Terms.
15.2 In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact win1's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Most matters are resolved within five (5) business days through this process.
15.3 If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body specified by the licensing jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in class action or representative proceedings against win1.
